This class is for you if: you’re serious about your personal development. This experience will get you out of your head and into your body. The body and mind deeply relax, as the breath becomes the medicine and does this work automatically.
Expect to release stress, tension, emotions and traumas you are holding in your body. This is the class many refer to as “the equivalent of 10 years of therapy.”

Balancing Breathwork
Relaxation, Recovery, Coherence
This class is for you if you are looking for an energy boost, improved ability to relax, improved concentration and better sleep. Whether you’re recovering from your weekly workouts, in recovery from substances, or recovering from life: ie. PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, etc. this class is for you. This class can be taken daily, weekly, and the goal is for you to be able to establish your personal practice to come back to on your own. The group classes will jumpstart this process.

Functional Breathing For Everyday Living
This is the perfect class for those who want to learn and practice a variety of different breathwork techniques. During this class you with learn and experience five breathing techniques as well as guidance on when to use them and what effect they have on the body. This is a great workshop for corporate spaces, team building, children, fitness studios and anyone looking to improve their breathing capacity.
