Breathwork Event Terms and Conditions

*Please read and sign prior to registering or participating in your virtual breathwork session. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the terms below:

Purpose of the Event

● This breathwork class is designed to guide participants through breathing exercises and techniques aimed at promoting relaxation and well-being.
● This class is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or mental health issue.

  1. Medical Disclaimer

    ● The guide leading this breathwork session is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, nurse,
    psychologist, or any other healthcare professional.
    ● The information and guidance provided during the session are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

    ● If you have conditions such as severe epilepsy or uncontrolled high blood pressure or any other uncontrolled heart condition, consult with your physician before engaging in this practice.

  2. Participant Responsibility

    ● By participating in this breathwork event, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and experience during the session.
    ● You understand that it is your responsibility to assess your own physical and mental readiness for the breathwork exercises and to consult with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns. *If you have experienced complex Trauma and have not or are not being supported by professionals, know that this practice can bring these things up.

  3. Photography and Videography

    ● You agree to allow photographs and videos of the room and the group to be taken during
    the event.
    ● These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.

  4. Release of Liability

    ● You agree to release and hold harmless the guide and any associated organizers from any and all claims, actions, or damages arising from your participation in the breathwork event.
    ● This release includes but is not limited to any physical, emotional, or psychological harm that may arise during or after the session.

  5. Consent and Agreement

    ● By signing up for this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
    all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
    ● Your participation in the event constitutes your binding agreement to these terms. Please sign above if you agree to the terms and conditions of this document. Thank you for your participation and we look forward to guiding you through this breathwork session!

Kelsey is amazing! I am brand new to breathwork, and I feel grateful to have had my first breathwork experience lead by her. She is an excellent communicator and educator, answering my many questions about the field/experience before ever taking a class. She gave demonstrations of breath pattern before starting, which was so great for me to be able to practice beforehand.
