Breathwork Event Terms and Conditions

Please read and sign prior to participating in your breathwork session.

Purpose of the Event

• ●  This breathwork class is designed to guide participants through breathing exercises and techniques aimed at promoting relaxation and well-being.
• ●  This class is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or mental health issue.

1. Medical Disclaimer
• ●  The guide leading this breathwork session is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, nurse,
  psychologist, or any other healthcare professional.
• ●  The information and guidance provided during the session are not substitutes for
  professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• ●  If you have conditions such as severe epilepsy or uncontrolled high blood pressure or
  any other uncontrolled heart condition, consult with your physician before engaging in this
  practice.
2. Participant Responsibility
• ●  By participating in this breathwork event, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and experience during the session.
• ●  You understand that it is your responsibility to assess your own physical and mental readiness for the breathwork exercises and to consult with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns. *If you have experienced complex Trauma and have not or are not being supported by professionals, know that this practice can bring these things up.
3. Photography and Videography
• ●  You agree to allow photographs and videos of the room and the group to be taken during
  the event.
• ●  These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not
  limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.
4. Release of Liability
• ●  You agree to release and hold harmless the guide and any associated organizers from any and all claims, actions, or damages arising from your participation in the breathwork event.
• ●  This release includes but is not limited to any physical, emotional, or psychological harm that may arise during or after the session.
5. Consent and Agreement
• ●  By signing up for this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
  all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
• ●  Your participation in the event constitutes your binding agreement to these terms.
